2) Local files:

Win32 apps via Intune Management Extension Agent cache location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Intune Management Extension\Content

Windows LOB apps (single MSI): C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\mdm

Live IntuneManagementExtension log files: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs

How to  extract logs files: settings > accounts > access work or school . Option to Export your management log files. They are stored in c:\users\public\documents\MDMDiagnostics

2) Web file:

Intune provides app troubleshooting details based on the apps installed on a specific user’s device.

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
  2. Select Troubleshoot + support.
  3. Click Select user to select a user to troubleshoot. The Select users pane will be displayed.
  4. Select a user by typing the name or email address. Click Select at the bottom of the pane. The troubleshooting information for the user is displayed in the Troubleshoot pane.
  5. Select the device that you want to troubleshoot from the Devices list.
  6. Select Managed Apps from selected device pane. A list of managed apps is displayed.
  7. Select an app from the list where Installation Status indicates a failure.

 

Reverse engineering

To refresh installaing App cache remove folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Intune Management Extension\Content

Remediation script path (detection and remediation): C:\Windows\IMECache\HealthScripts\
